We hire for direct care, case management, and administrative roles supporting youth ages 17 to 21 in a structured, trauma-informed setting.
Direct Care
Support youth day to day, routines, supervision, coaching, and a steady presence that models independent living.
Case Management
Carry a caseload of youth: weekly visits, service planning, documentation, and coordination with placing agencies.
Administrative
Keep the program running, scheduling, records, compliance support, and the behind-the-scenes work that makes care possible.
