We exist for the youth the system overlooks.
A VDSS-licensed Child-Placing Agency delivering structured, trauma-informed Independent Living Arrangement services for Virginia youth ages 17 to 21.
Mission & vision.
Our Mission
At NexGen Alliance, we exist for the young people the system was never designed to keep. We provide structured, trauma-informed independent living services that build real skills, demand real growth, and produce real results. We don't just prepare youth for adulthood, we equip them to own it.
Our Vision
We envision a future where every young person we serve is defined not by where they started, but by how far they go, leaving more powerful, more prepared, and more unstoppable than the day they arrived.
Structured leadership, accountable to outcomes.
NexGen Alliance is organized around four clear roles, each responsible for a distinct part of keeping youth safe, supported, and moving toward independence.
Chief Executive Officer
Sets NGA's mission, strategy, and organizational direction; ensures the agency operates in alignment with VDSS licensure and Virginia child-welfare regulations.
Executive Director
Oversees day-to-day operations, staff, and compliance across the ILA program and administrative functions.
Program Director
Leads clinical and programmatic delivery of ILA services, service-plan development, and youth outcomes.
Caseworker
Provides direct case management, weekly face-to-face visits, daily check-ins, and life-skills coaching for youth in placement.
